Safe working practices have been implemented across the course, and all players are expected to follow the guidelines below to prevent injury to themselves, staff, and other players from golf balls and equipment.

Work Risks
Fairway and Rough Maintenance
• Players must wait for approaching maintenance vehicles or mowers to pass behind or out of range before playing. Alternatively, the operator may signal for players to continue.
Greens Maintenance
• If staff are working on a green and the flagstick is not in the hole, players must not hit up to the green until the flagstick is replaced and the area is clear. Alternatively, staff may signal players to continue.
Spraying
• The use of pesticides, fungicides, and other chemicals is essential for course maintenance. Warning signs will be displayed on the starting tee when hazardous chemicals are in use. Members and visitors should be aware that playing on the course during or after spraying is at their own discretion.
By following these guidelines, we can ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone at Judgeford Golf Club.
